1. How to clean your doll?
During the cleaning process, it is highly recommended to use cotton swabs with water-based make-up remover to clean the face gently, instead of rinsing the face with shower head directly. Please make sure no water reaches the metal pieces around the neck, or the pieces may get rusted.
The body can be cleaned with body wash/soap and water that is below 38°C. Cleaning tool included in doll gift set is designed for the cleaning of vagina and anal. Please do not use a shower head, alcohol solvent or acids to rinse the parts above directly.
You may consider to use tampon to absorb the residual water inside holes to accelerate the drying process and prevent bacteria.
After cleaning, do not forget to apply powder included in the gift set for skin protection.
2. What Is The Difference Between TPE and Silicone?
No matter if you are a newbie to adult sex dolls or have already owned your TPE/Silicone doll, it is important to know the difference between TPE and silicone.
Smoothness & Texture
TPE is known for its smoothness and soft texture, which is one of its advantages over silicone. Silicone feels harder than TPE. Usually, silicone dolls have noticeable seams along the sides, but TPE dolls can have the seams invisible using heating or chemical techniques.
Stain & Clothing
It is easier for TPE dolls to stain than silicone. Whenever there is oil, color can be leeched out of clothing to doll skin in an hour. On the other hand, silicone dolls may take hours to get stained when wearing a dark piece of clothing or lingerie. Therefore, if you have a TPE doll, make sure that your doll wears light colors, such as nude, pink or white to prevent stains.

3. What should you avoid to use on the sex doll?
In order to extend your doll’s longevity, it is important to avoid using the 3 things on her.
Alcohol Solvent
Although alcohol solvent is the most common and widely used disinfectant within pharmaceutics, hospitals, cleanrooms, and electronics or medical device manufacturing, it can cause “micro-cut” skin damage on TPE. Please keep an eye for your disinfection wipes, sprays, toy cleaners that are not designed for TPE.
Vegetable Oil
Just to be clear, we are not talking about cooking oil here. A lot of soap or body wash contains vegetable oil, such as coconut or fruity oil. They seal doll skin and does not allow the material to breathe as usual, which can be a trouble in the long run.
Silicone Oil
When it comes to TPE, silicone oil makes doll skin not as smooth as it used to be. Meanwhile, shrinking effect may happen with the use of silicone oil. Please use water-based oil included in the doll gift set.
4. How to Store a Sex Doll?
When it comes to storing a sex doll, some of the options may come across your mind.
In fact, the best way to store your doll is to have her lay down flat over a memory foam or soft padding in a dry and clean room with a temperature of 5-35°C, away from sunlight.
The use of a memory foam or soft padding prevents your doll from flat spots.
Still, you need to move your doll around about once a month as internal parts may become stiff without moving.
Doll skin may suffer from damage if hanging for months. However, it is perfectly fine if only hanging for days or a few weeks.
It is highly recommended that positioning your sex doll in the same way it came in the box. Make sure you give your doll occasional exercise!
5. Tips on maintain your sex dolls.

- Place your doll in a dry and clean room with a temperature of 5-35°C, away from sunlight. Keep your doll lying down flat or sitting when not in use.
- Do not let your doll wear any color other than nude, pink and white to prevent stains 100%. If you insist, immerse the lingerie or clothing in water for more than an hour to see if the fabric fades in advance.
- Do not wash your doll’s wig frequently. When washing the wig, make sure you use conditioner after shampoo to prevent frizz.
- Keep dolls away from acids, alcohol, knives, heat and kids.
- Do not keep your doll standing frequently as it may cause the skeleton poking out of the feet.
- The legs can be bent to a maximum of 90 degrees.
- If the eyes look asymmetric, you may adjust the eyeballs manually. It happens because your doll has pressure on one side of her eye during the shipping process, instead of quality issues.
- If you would love to get your doll a new hairstyle, make sure that you purchase wigs with white, pink or nude interior mesh to prevent stains.
6. Will my doll come with the wig as shown in the photo?
During the photoshoot, the stylist has the artistic freedom to add on the wigs and clothing that make the doll look better.
We don't have access to purchase these, but will always do our best.
On the other hand, your doll will definitely come with the head shown in the photo!
7. Are Sex Dolls Legal in Canada?

"The courts have ruled that subsection 152(3) of the Customs Act is not to be construed and applied so as to place the onus on an importer to establish that goods are not obscene within the meaning of subsection 163(8) of the Criminal Code. The burden of proving obscenity rests on the Crown, in this case the CBSA, who is alleging it."
If a CBSA officer believes a sex doll resembles children, he or she will ask another officer for opinions. Once the two officers reach an agreement that the shipment is involved in obscene, the Importer of Record (i.e. SeductX) will be facing a serious charge.
